Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilized
  • Provide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiatives
  • Develop ongoing support of the organization
  • Share resources to keep best staff in from of the client
  • Review and develop/ approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
  • Lead the execution of continued growth, development and mentoring of Staff
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regions.
  • Ensure quality control of projects to allow for bet possible product to be presented to the client.
  • Proposal generation and review as required.
  • Relationship management with new and/or strategic clients
  • Any special projects as required 
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree 
  • 10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experience
  • Proven track record and excellent customer relation skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Excellent Coach and Mentor skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Ability to present in front of a group of people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing ladders 
  • Travel required

Salary Range: $200,000 - $250,000
