The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) inspection within industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life sciences, data center, or other highly regulated construction environments.
Position Summary The CSA QA/QC Inspector is responsible for verifying that all Civil, Structural, and Architectural work complies with project specifications, engineering drawings, contract documents, applicable building codes, and client quality requirements. This position works closely with construction management, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client representatives to identify quality issues, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are completed before work progresses. Quality and documentation are critical on pharmaceutical projects, making attention to detail and a commitment to excellence essential.Primary Responsibilities
Perform daily inspections of Civil, Structural, and Architectural construction activities.
Verify installation complies with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and project quality standards.
Ensure construction quality meets pharmaceutical industry expectations.
Prevent costly rework through proactive inspections.
Verify work before turnover to commissioning.
Partner with contractors to maintain schedule while protecting quality.

Expected Hourly Rate: $40 - $55 per hour based on experience. This is a suggested range that could be lower or higher based on experience.
