FST is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Systems Owner in the Santa Clara, CA area to join our team!
The candidate must have; System Owner experience - knowledge/management of Exhaust Systems, Chillers, Boilers, Compressors, Pumps, HVAC including installation and commissioning. Candidates should have skills in system design, configuration and implementation of Mechanical Systems for the semiconductor industry.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical subject matter expert, providing leadership and expertise to ensure the reliability, performance and safety of all mechanical, HVAC and control systems.
Supporting the construction and ensuring the seamless operation of mechanical and HVAC systems.
Daily management and interface with construction personnel and facilities engineers and other technicians to coordinate project work in a live running factory.
Work well in a team environment.
Required Mechanical Expertise:
Strong understanding and management of HVAC equipment, process systems and operation.
Shall have experience with all types of Mechanical instrumentation including Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Control Valves etc. installation and application
Requires excellent troubleshooting skills for all aspects of field devices and controls.
Good technical writing skills.
Understanding of overall system installation from a construction implementation standpoint.
Specific Task Requirements:
Work as the HVAC Mechanical System Owner and oversee members of the project team to ensure accurate and complete project deliverables.
Provide Project management for the above systems in and out of service and commissioning on a running factory.
Ensure equipment and overall system process meets expectations.
As the System Owner, review with team and provide technical verification of installations per design documents.
Oversea Inspection for quality of completed systems installations.
Preference will be given to candidates with previous Semiconductor project experience.
